2. Account Management & Security

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is pending or under exceptional circumstances, it may take somewhat longer. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks.
3.4 Source of Funds
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be fully refunded. aak44 follows the highest level of caution to prevent money laundering or illegal activity.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at aak44, you will receive a 100% bonus, up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; while a ৳42,000 deposit attracts the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers apply once and only to eligible accounts.
- The validity period, maximum bet amount, and list of eligible games will be specified separately for each offer.
- aak44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If misuse of the bonus system is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
